What is the scope of what you do?

The scope of my services is broad, from remodeling to new construction. I also provide design services, financing connections, and options for partnering with homeowners for some of the work. See Services to learn more.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes. There is a 2.9% charge for using credit cards. However, if you have your own PayPal account there is no charge for using it to pay with a credit card.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes. I carry full Minnesota coverage at $1,000,000. Please ask to see my insurance when we meet.

Can you help with lead paint issues?

Yes. If your house was built prior to 1978 it needs to be tested for lead. If lead is found, we need to use precautions when removing and disposing.

Are you certified to work with lead?

Yes. My company has the RRP Lead Certification given by the EPA.

Do you have references?

Yes. Over the years I have built relationships with many of my clients. I believe that the best compliment you can give me is a referral. If you would like to speak to past clients, I would be more than happy to give you more information.

Are you licensed?

Yes. I have a Minnesota Residential Building Contractor License, #BC447771.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. I will take care of pulling all permits and scheduling inspections.

Do you do windows?

I do windows as part of a remodeling project, but I also do small and large window replacement projects.
